Now Available: Pre-Built Training Plans

I recognize that not every athlete needs, or wants, 1:1 coaching. For many, the goal is a well-structured plan to follow, with the confidence that it’s been thoughtfully designed and the option to ask questions along the way. That’s why I’ve begun building a library of pre-built training plans on TrainingPeaks. This is something I’ll continue to develop steadily over the coming year, expanding the offerings as I go.


One of the first programs available is Next Level Strength for Endurance, now fully hosted on TrainingPeaks. This is an 18-week, periodized strength program designed to build strength, durability, and long-term resilience for endurance athletes. The focus is on supporting performance while reducing injury risk and improving how well your body tolerates training.


For athletes looking to specifically target top-end speed, I also offer the 8-Week Speed Bump Plan. This program integrates speed development with complementary strength and form work, so you’re not just running faster—you’re building the strength and technical skills that help that speed transfer sustainably to training and racing.
