  Custom Online Coaching Program

($185/month +HST + one time fee of $90 + HST for virtual movement assessment 

Service includes the following:

  • Initial virtual movement assessment 

  • Weekly or bi-weekly personalized strength and mobility workouts created to enhance your endurance sport training.

  • Workouts are based on available equipment and your current movement capacity

  • Access to a free app (Trainerize) for workout delivery and to track your progress

  • Weekly review of your program that includes adjustments and changes as required

  • Unlimited email communication

  • Phone calls to be scheduled ahead of time


One-on-one Zoom sessions are $75/hr + HST

In person sessions are $95/hr + HST within the GTA

  Semi-Custom Online Coaching Program

$120/month + HST + one time fee of $90 + HST for virtual movement assessment

  • Initial virtual movement assessment

  • Monthly workout personalized strength + mobility workouts created to enhance your endurance sport training.

  • Workouts are based on available equipment and your current movement capacity

  • Access to a free app (Trainerize) for workout delivery and to track your progress

  • Monthly review of your program, no adjustments.

  • Email communication limited to once a week

  • Phone calls to be scheduled ahead of time

 

One on one zoom sessions are $75/hr + HST

In person sessions are $95/hr + HST within the GTA (not currently offered due to COVID19 restrictions)

  12 Week Custom Strength Program

$120 + HST + one time fee of $90 + HST for virtual movement assessment

  • Initial virtual movement assessment

  • 12 week progressive program based on your goals + available equipment

  • Access to a free app (Trainerize) for workout delivery and to track your progress over the 12 weeks. Please note once the 12 weeks is up, you will no longer have access to the plan or the app.

  • Plan does not include coaching but you will have access to my Facebook group to ask questions!
