CUSTOM TRAINING PLANS

A custom training plan is a great option if you are someone that doesn't need regular coaching input but wants a plan tailored to their schedule and current abilities with access to a coach for occasional questions.

  Custom Run Plans with periodized strength training 

($250 + HST per goal race (up to 20 weeks) + a one time fee of $90 + HST for a movement assessment.

Plan includes the following:

  • Initial consultation to discuss schedule, goals + available equipment.

  • Virtual movement assessment 

  • Periodized training plan tailored to your age, lifestyle and ability level.

  • Periodized strength work based on available equipment and current movement capacity

  • Access to Basic Training Peaks account 

  Custom Run plan only (no strength training)

$175 + HST (up to 20 weeks)

Plan includes the following:

  • Initial consultation to discuss schedule, goals + available equipment.

  • Periodized training plan tailored to your age, lifestyle and ability level.

  • Access to Basic Training Peaks account 

Custom Triathlon plan with periodized strength training

$350 + HST (up to 20 weeks) one time fee of $90 + HST for virtual movement assessment

Plan includes the following:

  • Initial consultation to discuss schedule, goals + available equipment.

  • Periodized training plan tailored to your age, lifestyle and ability level.

  • Periodized strength work based on available equipment and current movement capacity
