Your First 70.3 Group Program
A six-month group training program for women ready to take the next step in triathlon
You’ve completed a shorter triathlon and the idea of a 70.3 has been on your mind. You’re excited about the challenge, but perhaps a little overwhelmed by everything that goes into getting ready.
Your First 70.3 brings together a structured training plan, education, coaching support and a community of women working toward the same goal. You’ll have guidance as you build your fitness and develop the skills and confidence to enjoy your first 70.3 experience.
Target races: Muskoka 70.3 and Musselman 70.3
Program kick-off: January 23, 2027
Duration: 22-26 weeks
Format: In-person and virtual options available
Who is this program for?
Your First 70.3 is designed for women who have some triathlon experience and are ready to move up to the 70.3 distance. You’ve completed a shorter triathlon, such as a sprint or Olympic-distance race, and have a foundation in swimming, cycling and running.
This is a group program, so it’s a good fit if you’re looking for structure, education and the support of others while following a shared training plan.
You should be able to make approximately 6–12 hours per week available for training, with the larger training weeks coming closer to race day. If that amount of time is difficult to accommodate, get in touch and we can discuss whether 1:1 coaching might be a better fit.
