Helping You Achieve Your Goals
Who is Phaedra Kennedy?

Phaedra, or Coach PK as she is often called, is a competitive age group triathlete and runner with more that 20 years of running experience and more than 15 years of triathlon experience. She's also an NAASFP-certified run coach, an NCCP-trained triathlon coach and a Can Fit Pro-certified personal training specialist. Phaedra been coaching people to reach their running and triathlon goals since 2014.

Phaedra coaches athletes of all levels, from beginners to those chasing PRs and podiums. Her specialty is working with peri and post menopausal women. She has helped many women learn to train smarter and thrive through this challenging time in their lives.

Phaedra spent years juggling a busy career with athletic pursuits so she completely understands the need for a realistic, balanced training plan. She knows first-hand that most athletes are fitting training in between other commitments (because she's been there herself!), and so she is diligent about making things work for your schedule. She also believes that education empowers confidence, so she will always explain the why behind the workout.

To Phaedra, coaching is a partnership. In order for a partnership to be successful, on-going communication is vital. You will provide data, of course, but also feedback. And while Phaedra is there to support and guide you, there is an expectation that you will do the work. If you aren't ready or willing to do the work, then the partnership won't work.

Getting to the finish line of a major athletic event isn't always a solo mission; sometimes you need a seasoned expert to show you the way. So if you’re looking for someone to help, give Coach PK a call.
